Hi, I’m Anna Rodger.
I’m an approved driving instructor (ADI) based in Oxford with over seven years of experience helping people become safe, confident drivers.
Learning to drive is about so much more than passing a test. It’s about building confidence, overcoming challenges, and developing the skills to feel safe and comfortable on the road.
As an Approved Driving Instructor with a degree in Psychology and Counselling, alongside a Level 2 qualification in Counselling, I bring a unique, person-centred approach to driving lessons. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I take the time to get to know you, recognise your individual needs, and adapt my teaching style to help you learn in a way that works best for you.
Whether you’re feeling nervous, building your confidence, or simply excited to get behind the wheel, my aim is to create a supportive, patient and encouraging learning environment where you can progress at your own pace. I want you to feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your driving journey.
I’m passionate about what I do and believe that learning never stops. I’m continually developing my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible learning experience for every pupil.

Driving with purpose, making a difference.

I also believe in giving something back. That’s why a percentage of my profits is shared between two organisations close to my heart: the Island Donkey Sanctuary and a local Buddhist Temple and Monastery.  
The Monastery is a place dedicated to mindfulness, compassion, wisdom and personal development – values that closely align with my own approach to both teaching and coaching. By supporting the Monastery, I hope to contribute to a community that provides guidance, refuge and opportunities for personal growth to people from all walks of life.
Island farm is a wonderful place that takes on rescued Donkeys. Looking after these wonderful animals is a huge financial task, and therefore could do with all the support to make sure the donkeys live happy healthy lives.
